Anything You Send Us
If you use our contact page, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. There is nothing else, because the site has no login and no sign up.
This page sets out what this website records about the people who visit it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We publish a guide to MrQ. We are not MrQ, and no gambling happens on this website. There is nothing to register for here and no account to open.
Because of that, we hold nothing about your MrQ account, your deposits or your play. There is no way for us to reach any of it.
Any question about this policy can be sent to us by email through the contact page.
Two things, and neither amounts to much.
If you use our contact page, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. There is nothing else, because the site has no login and no sign up.
The tools that run the site may record your IP address, the browser and device you are on, which pages you opened and how long you stayed, and the page or search that sent you here.
We never collect card details, bank information, identity documents, or anything in the sensitive categories such as health.
Your message is used to reply to your message. Traffic data shows us which guides are read and which are ignored, which helps us decide what to improve. Server records keep the site running and help us spot unusual activity. Referral tracking notes whether a visit led to a signup at MrQ, which is how the site earns.
Three kinds are in use.
Necessary cookies make the site work and remember the choice you made on the cookie banner. There is no working version of the site without them.
Analytics cookies produce our traffic figures. What comes back is grouped and anonymous. It tells us a page was read three hundred times, not who read it.
Referral cookies note that a click through to MrQ started here, so a commission can be recorded if a signup follows. The tracking stops at the click. Nothing about what you do afterwards on MrQ comes back to us.
Analytics and referral cookies stay off until you accept them on the banner. That choice can be changed at any time through the cookie settings link at the foot of the page, or by clearing your browser. Declining them will not restrict access to any page here.
We may be paid commission when someone follows a link from here to MrQ and opens an account. It adds nothing to your cost and does not change the offer you receive. We mention it because it is the reason the referral tracking above exists.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for marketing.
A small number of suppliers process data on our instructions. The company hosting the site, the service that produces our traffic reports, and the provider carrying our email. Each is contractually limited to doing only what we have asked.
Where the law requires disclosure, we will comply.
Some of these suppliers run infrastructure outside the UK. Recognised safeguards cover those transfers.
Nothing is kept indefinitely.
Messages are removed around a year after the matter is closed.
Traffic reporting data ages out after roughly fourteen months.
Server records are held for about ninety days.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a usable format, object to certain uses, and withdraw any consent you gave.
Email us and we will reply within a month, at no charge.
In practice, unless you have written to us, there is no personal data here to send you.
Raise it with us by email first and we will try to put it right.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
This site covers gambling, so it is intended for adults. We never knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us by email and the record will be removed.
Traffic to the site is encrypted, and access to anything we hold is limited to those who need it. No online system is perfectly secure, but reasonable measures are in place.
We link to MrQ and to other external sites. How they handle your data is their responsibility and outside our control. Read their policies before giving them anything.
This policy will change from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version.
